Fixit Physiotherapy & SGPT Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fixit Physiotherapy and SGPT. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including physiotherapy treatments, personal training, small group training, and gym memberships. By booking or attending our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 Physiotherapy Services

  • Our physiotherapists provide assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and advice tailored to your needs.

  • We do not provide emergency medical care. If you experience severe pain or injury, seek urgent medical attention immediately.

1.2 SGPT / Gym Services

  • We offer personal training, small group training sessions (“Strength” sessions), cardio-focused sessions (“Sweat”), and online training services.

  • Exercises and programs are designed based on your goals, fitness level, and medical history provided by you.

1.3 Health Information

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, injuries, medications, or conditions that could affect treatment or exercise.

  • Fixit reserves the right to refuse or modify services if participation may pose a risk.

2. Bookings, Packs & Memberships

2.1 Physiotherapy Packs

  • 6-session and 10-session physiotherapy packs are available.

  • Packs must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase. Expired sessions cannot be refunded.

2.2 Gym Memberships & Sessions

  • Monthly Memberships:

    • £129/month – 2 Strength sessions + unlimited Sweat sessions

    • £149/month – 3 Strength sessions + unlimited Sweat sessions

  • Session Packs:

    • 5 sessions – £90

    • 10 sessions – £180

  • Packs must be used within the expiry period stated at purchase. Expired sessions cannot be refunded.

2.3 Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via our online system, phone, or in-person.

  • Confirmation of booking is required to secure your session.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1 Physiotherapy Sessions

  • 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee (100%) will be charged to the card on file or sent via payment link.

  • No exceptions apply.

3.2 SGPT / Gym Sessions

  • For classes or small group sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session.

3.3 Packs & Memberships

  • Missed sessions without proper notice will count as used sessions.

  • Packs are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Fixit management.

  • Memberships are billed monthly; cancellations require written notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed on our website or communicated at booking.

  • Prices may change; existing bookings are honoured at the price agreed at purchase.

4.2 Payment Methods

  • Payment is required at booking for single sessions, packs, or monthly memberships unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept card payments, bank transfers, or other advertised methods.

4.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided in accordance with these Terms and at Fixit management discretion.

  • Missed sessions, expired packs, or unused membership months are not refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Health & Safety

  • Clients must follow physiotherapist or trainer instructions during sessions.

  • Report any discomfort, pain, or adverse reactions immediately.

5.2 Equipment Use

  • Clients are responsible for safe and correct use of gym equipment. Trainers provide guidance, but responsibility lies with the client.

5.3 Behaviour

  • Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Liability

6.1 Medical Disclaimer

  • Physiotherapy and SGPT services support health, recovery, and fitness but are not a substitute for medical advice or emergency care.

  • Fixit Physiotherapy cannot be held liable for injury or worsening conditions if instructions are not followed or health information is withheld.

6.2 Personal Belongings

  • Fixit is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the clinic or gym.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data (contact info, medical history, session details) is stored securely in accordance with GDPR regulations.

  • Data is used solely for providing services, bookings, and communications.

8. Online Services

  • Online consultations, programs, and training are delivered via secure platforms.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and seeking medical approval if needed.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Fixit Physiotherapy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on our website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
